WFD Management Catchments Cycle 2 is a dataset collated as defined for the implementation of the Water Framework Directive (WFD). Management catchments are the unit of geography for which action plans are drafted in implementing the WFD. This process was conducted by using expert judgement in consultation. WFD Management Catchments have an action plan published that relates to all waterbodies that fall within its boundaries.
