This dataset comprises a range of land cover types where the woodland potential layers have been masked, owing to existing woodland, watercourses, peat, roads, rail and urban areas. Other constraints data, such as protected habitats and high grade agricultural land, should also be considered. Locations identified may have more recent land use change than available at the time of publication.
